Ideal to help understand the “diet world”…
Great information, simple to understand and easy to read. A good resource to have on hand. Ideal for anyone who needs help understanding the "diet world" and figuring out why they may be having trouble with their health or weight-loss. She gives example days of eating for all the popular lifestyle diets (vegan, paleo, bodybuilding, etc) and other lifestyle aspects that I didn't really consider before, but that I need to work on. Also, it's visual with great pictures and reminds me of flipping through a magazine rather than a bland text-only book. I got this with her other book The Grocery Store Tour Guide & Nutritional Workbook which is very, very helpful. Highly recommend!

Love this book. From food choices and nutrition to hydration and exercise, Jasmin has a way of making a healthy, holistic life style seem obtainable. She stresses the one step at a time philosophy. The layout and colorful pictures make it an easy read, but it is packed full of information that can be used every single day to help us get back on track. I am anxious to read her complimentary book "The Grocery Store Tour Guide" as well.
I’m much healthier now…
This book helped me turn my life around, and I know that saying gets thrown around here and there, but it really did. I'm much healthier now, turned a LOT of flab into muscle, and picked up a few good recipes, too. Highly recommended.
This book reads less like a dry, boring diet & fitness text and more like a long conversation with a cheerful, really knowledgeable friend. The author's personality shines through. She does a great job of demystifying topics and emphasizes a "you can do it" ethos. Inspiring read.
